Confidentiality
Client documents are sensitive by nature. Confidentiality is managed across people, mindset, use and files.
Four areas of control
Confidentiality is the foundation of a long-lasting translation business, and we manage it accordingly.
- People
- We select carefully and involve as few people as possible, choosing colleagues and translators of proven character as well as skill.
- Mindset
- Everyone signs a confidentiality agreement, and we reinforce the responsibility in daily practice.
- Use
- Documents are not passed on and are not misused. They are used for translation only.
- Files
- We encourage clients to remove sensitive information before sending. Our team removes any further information that is not needed before files are passed on. Confidential documents are reviewed only to the extent necessary.
To discuss specific requirements, such as a project-level confidentiality agreement or secure file transfer, contact us before sending documents.
Tell us about your document.
Send us the document type, languages and deadline. We reply with a quote and a proposed timeline. Urgent projects supported.
